![]() ![]() It does have a really deep theme(death), so I'd recommend ages 12 and up. It also has some swearing, a decent amount of h*ll's and cr*p's, a few amounts of b**ch, sh*t, b*stard, and a**. The most nudity it has is the girl party members wearing non-revealing swimsuits, and questionable persona design when it comes to revealing stuff. The combat in this game is like any other turn based RPG. It has some blood in areas, but not too much. This game's plot is very diverse, so you have to pay attention. ![]() In the night, you fight these monsters called shadows(I think that's what they were called) who are uncontrolled personas. In the day, you live as a high school student, going to classes and strengthening you relationships with other people(called social links), which therefore strengthens your personas. Also, you technically don't shoot yourself, the evoker puts you under great stress which is required to summon a persona. They end up going on an adventure where they have to shoot themselves with a thing called an evoker to summon your persona(which is the manifestation of your psyche). They(this version of the game has both male and female options)come to live in a town(I haven't played the game in a while so I forgot). The game is about a high school student which you name who is an orphan. I am not very mature or mentally strong, but I could handle it pretty easily. I am only 11, but I could stand the game normally. But really all they need to understand is that it’s just a game and none of it is real, if they can understand that then this game will be a fun one.Īmazing game. I wouldn’t recommend this game or any of the Megami Tensei franchise if your family is highly religious as the games do involve conflict with demons and magic, witch to some may be considered witchcraft. You also need to manage your time, this can teach kids that time is limited and you have to make the most of it (this is a reoccurring theme throughout the game) this game introduces positive role models in the form of your upperclassman while also showing that not everyone is a good person, something that children need to know in life. The game takes place from 4/7 2009 to 5/5 2010 and you get to experience high school life by making friends and studying for tests. 12 years old is around the age when you start to realize the problems that people have in everyday lives, this game has what some would call mature themes however they are things that people can learn from and aren’t to inappropriate for someone who is at least 6th-7th grade. ![]()
